Message	items for my Z over the years and most of it was shipped to either Blaine WA or Point Roberts WA (zip 98230). Both are US border towns within 30 to 45 mins drive from Vancouver. Domestic US shipping is cheaper and faster than shipping it across the border plus we don't get overcharged with brokerage fees! There are many bordertown businesses that will host Canadian packages for a very small fee.
